Base Facility Fee: $100 (includes travel, 1 signature/seal, and up to 1 hour of wait/transaction time).
Additional Wait Time: $50 per additional half-hour.
Extra signatures: $10 per signature.
Payment Terms:
The $100 minimum fee is required in advance. Any additional time or signatures will be invoiced and due upon completion, once back in the facility lobby.
Please Note: If the notarization is unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances in the facility, only the signature fees are refundable.
It is your responsibility to contact the Facility in advance and receive approval and secure appointment times.
The signer must provide a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a Driver's License, State ID, or Passport).
