About Elevated Notary Services

Elevated Notary Services is a professional notary and signing service built around reliability, professionalism, and exceptional communication.

We provide mobile notary, Remote Online Notarization, loan signing, and document-signing support for individuals, businesses, attorneys, real estate professionals, title companies, lenders, and signing-service partners.

While our roots are in Southeast Tennessee, our signing-service network allows us to coordinate professional notary coverage beyond our local service area. Whether a client needs a local mobile notary, a remote online notarization, or dependable signing coverage for a real estate transaction, our goal is the same: make the signing process smoother from assignment to completion.

Professional service. Proactive communication. Reliable results.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide dependable notary and signing services that make important transactions easier, more organized, and more professional.

We believe clients and industry partners deserve more than simply having a document notarized. They deserve clear communication, reliable service, attention to detail, and a professional who takes their role seriously. Whether we're serving an individual client or coordinating signing coverage through our professional network, we strive to deliver a consistent experience from the initial request through completion.

RELIABILITY ISN'T AN EXTRA — IT'S OUR STANDARD.

OUR VISSION

Our vision is to build a trusted, professional network that raises the standard for notary and signing services.

We envision Elevated Notary Services as a company known not only for dependable signing coverage, but for the professionals behind every assignment. By investing in communication, education, training, and strong professional relationships, we strive to create a network that clients can rely on and notary professionals are proud to be part of.

As ENS grows, our commitment remains the same: build strong relationships, support our partners, and deliver a professional experience our clients can trust.

BUILDING TRUST. ELEVATING STANDARDS. CREATING OPPORTUNITY.

Brittany Smith — Founder & Owner

Elevated Notary Services was founded by Brittany Smith with a vision to create a notary company built on professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for the people and businesses it serves.

What began as a local notary business has grown into a professional signing service providing mobile, remote online, and loan signing support while building a trusted network of notary professionals.

Brittany believes professionalism goes beyond completing a notarization or signing. It means being prepared, communicating clearly, protecting confidential information, following through on commitments, and treating every client and transaction with care.

Today, Brittany leads the day-to-day operations of Elevated Notary Services and continues to build ENS around strong relationships, professional standards, education, and dependable service.
