HOW TO BECOME AN ENS NOTARY PARTNER
Becoming an ENS Notary Partner is a selective process. After you submit your application, ENS personally reviews your credentials, experience, and qualifications. We take the time to get to know each applicant, evaluate their understanding of loan documents and signing procedures, and ensure they are prepared to meet the professional standards expected by our clients.
1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
Complete the ENS Notary Partner application with your contact information, commission status, RON capabilities, service area, availability, experience, training, certifications, and equipment capabilities.
2. APPLICATION REVIEW
ENS reviews your application to evaluate your experience, qualifications, service area, availability, and overall fit for our professional network.
3. PERSONAL VETTING & INTERVIEW
If your application meets our initial criteria, we may contact you personally to get to know you, discuss your experience, and learn more about your approach to professional signing work.
4. LOAN SIGNING KNOWLEDGE REVIEW
We evaluate your understanding of loan documents, signing procedures, document handling, and the responsibilities of a professional signing agent. Additional training or education may be recommended when appropriate.
5. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION & ONBOARDING
Applicants who successfully move through the vetting process will complete registration through Notary Everyday. At this stage, required documentation, including E&O insurance, background checks, and commission certificates, will be securely collected and verified.
6. PARTNER APPROVAL & NETWORK ACTIVATION
Once the vetting and onboarding process is successfully completed, approved notaries may become eligible for ENS assignments based on location, availability, qualifications, experience, and client-specific requirements.
WE VET OUR PARTNERS — WE DON'T JUST ADD NAMES TO A LIST.
Every ENS partner represents our company and the professional standards we promise to our clients. That's why we take the time to review applications, verify required documentation, get to know our applicants, and assess their readiness for professional signing assignments.
